Sand Extraction Through Mobile Processing

Certain sand fractions are essential for concrete production: Coarse sand, medium sand, fine sand, silt, and ultra-fine clay.

 

While mobile crushing and screening equipment have proven effective for classifications above 2 mm in road construction, yet finer separations lack a convincing solution. However, traditional vibrating screens fall short, the screening machines of RHEWUM ® (RHEsono ® , RHEmoto ® , and RHEfino®) can generate the necessary high frequencies to efficiently screen out unwanted fine particles from sand.
