Efficiently recycle laminate waste
In laminate production, waste arises mainly from cutting wood boards into planks, yielding unsellable waste and sawdust. To address this, a leading manufacturer contacted RHEWUM to screen and recycling waste to boost the overall efficiency. Notably, separating fine sawdust from a mill posed a challenge, as wood tends to clog sieves, hindering performance.

RHEWUM®’s RHEsono® and RHEmoto® machines with high-frequency impact movements cleaned particles from the mesh. Through RHEWUM®’s programmably moving and rotating brush cleaning system along the mesh it enhances the efficiency and reduces cleaning hours. Efficient screening is crucial in bulk processing and together with the customer, we have found an environmentally friendly solution for wood waste.
