Key Features:
Automatic Refilling:
When the feeder reaches a low level, the discharge valve on the vacuum receiver opens, immediately refilling the feeder and allowing it to resume operation in gravimetric mode with minimal delay.
Efficient Signal Integration:
The control panel interfaces with the feeder's control panel, receiving low-level signals that engage the vacuum system. Once material is detected at the pickup point, the vacuum receiver quickly fills to a high level, ready for immediate discharge into the feeder.
Batch Mode Compatibility:
In batch mode for volumetric feeders, the vacuum receiver fills the feeder to capacity for an entire batch. Once the batch is dispensed, the vacuum conveying system re-engages for another quick refill.
