Rip-and-Tip Bag Dump Station

Volkmann Rip-and-Tip (RNT) Series bag and sack dumping stations enable bagged powders and other dry, bulk materials to be neatly and safely loaded into a process or directly to storage via an integrated pneumatic vacuum conveying system. Our RNT sack dumping stations automatically capture fine particles to prevent dust from escaping into the workplace and reduce manual bag handling.

The entire product line features stainless steel construction and is ATEX-certified as explosion-proof. Available in 180, 80, and 40 liter sizes and in custom sizes, these durable bag dump stations come with a wide range of custom options such as a dust hood and filter, safety screen/grid, integrated lump breaker, and/or glovebox for high containment environments.
