Hi-Vac® Stationary Industrial Vacuum Systems can work as individual components or as part of a plant-wide, state-of-the-art vacuum system. Manufacturers of all types and sizes use Hi-Vac Vacuum Systems for cleaning up at multiple locations, rapidly moving materials of long distances or for conveying or collecting materials continuously. Featuring rugged 3/16” steel plate construction, Hi-Vac® Vacuum Systems are built to last for decades. An electric motor drive system provides a range of power from 20 to 150HP and a pressure rating of 16” Hg. Airflow capabilities range from 400 to 4400 CFM. Low air-to-cloth ratios with filter cartridge assemblies and continuous reverse pulse timer operated filter cleaning help maximize efficiency. Easy access to filter assemblies is provided by a hinged, top-mounted door with jack assembly. The bottom discharge material collection hopper provides a capacity of ½ to five cubic yards. A NEMA 4 control panel assembly allows precise control of all functions. The stationary style series features a conveying distance of up to 900’ through a conveying hose or Specialty Designed in-plant manifold piping system.
