A three-stage material separation system, the only one of its kind on the market, includes a primary centrifugal separator, a secondary linear separator, and a 99%-efficient dust collector. The 400 Series has an electric motor power range from 20 to 75HP and a maximum vacuum pressure of 18” Hg. Capable of vacuuming wet or dry materials and liquids, the 400 Series has a conveying distance of up to 500’ through a conveying hose or Specialty Designed in-plant manifold piping system. The envelope-style filter bags last more than two years between changes based on daily use and material vacuumed. The 400 Series safety system includes automatic shutdowns for low blower oil, high blower discharge temperature and broken filter bags and is monitored by an Allen Bradley Micro 1000 PLC.
