EB Series Agitator/Blender

Designed for efficient flour chlorination and/or enrichment addition in flour mills or blending facilities. The EB Series Agitator/Blender is improved built for long-lasting, dependable service, and surpasses all previous sanitation standards.

The “Easy Blend” Agitator/Blender features a housing constructed of rot and corrosion-resistant polyvinylchloride (PVC), supported on a sanitary base frame. The rotors are machined and balanced for vibration free operation. They are constructed with sanitary carbon steel and powder-coated with food grade finish. The gas dispersion manifold enhances gas distribution, reducing concentrated injection points, to extend rotor life. Great Western’s improved design includes the R3 feature and options for our Smart Flow Technology.

Both single-pass and double-pass arrangements feature a tall primary mixing chamber, while the double-pass arrangement features a secondary, lower housing chamber for improved product exposure and blending. All housing is tightly sealed with Viton™ rubber around access panels.
