Cool, Dehumidify, Reheat and Filter Low-Pressure Air

Xchanger D-Series heat exchangers cool, dehumidify, reheat and filter low-pressure conveying air. In model pictured, air passes through the green pleated filter, then it’s cooled and dehumidified from ambient to 45° F using 39° F propylene glycol. Then the air is reheated to 70° F using 90 PSIG steam, resulting in air that’s 70° F and 40% relative humidity. In the final stage, air passes through a HEPA filter that’s in its own housing box to allow faster access and change over. Xchanger D-Series heat exchangers are easy to install, efficient and reliable. Design pressures from full vacuum to 15 PSIG are available.
