BinMaster's NEW VRX vibrating probes are a reliable point-level sensor used for high-level, low-level, and plugged-chute indications. The rugged design now features a bright, built-in status light, turning GREEN when material falls away from the sensor, and RED when material covers the sword-shaped probe, damping its vibration.
Use vibrating rods for low-dielectric materials, extremely light and fluffy powders, or flakes with bulk densities as low as 1.25 lb./ft.³.
Choose from a variety of probes: rigid and flexible extensions, high-temperature housings, special models to detect settled sediment under water, and mini vibrating rods for tight spaces and small hoppers. Or, for hazardous locations, employ BinMaster's robust vibrating rod and/or vibrating fork.
All models include two sensitivity settings:
- Position 1 for high sensitivity, and to detect light and fluffy materials with a low-dielectric constant
- Position 2 for low sensitivity, used to detect heavy materials or bulk solids that may cling to the blade
Choose from the standard VRX21, VRX31 with a sanitary fitting, the rigid extended VRX41, flexible extended VRX51, high-temperature VRX61, and high-temperature and extended VRX71.
