Vibrating probes are a reliable point-level sensor used for high-level, low-level, and plugged-chute indications. BinMaster provides this technology in the form of the VR-21, -31, -41, and -51 to best fit your application or industry needs.
Use vibrating rods for low dielectric materials, or extremely light and fluffy powders and flakes with bulk densities as low as 1.25 lb./ft.³.
Choose from a variety of probes: rigid and flexible extensions, high-temperature housings, special models to detect settled sediment under water, and mini vibrating rods for tight spaces and small hoppers. Or, for hazardous locations, employ BinMaster's robust vibrating rod and/or vibrating fork.
All models include three sensitivity settings:
- High, for extremely light or fluffy materials with low dielectric constants
- Medium, for a broad range of materials & applications
- Low, for heavy materials or materials that could cling to the blade
