Filter Press

The Filter Press offers superior dehydration performance compared to other industrial dehydrators. Its main components include the Filter Plate, Filter Cloth, Frame, and Cylinder. In automatic models, additional features such as a Scraper, Dripping Pan, and Plate Shifting mechanism are included.

The process begins by pumping slurry into the Filter Plates, where it is filtered through the Filter Cloth. The liquid (filtrate) is discharged from the bottom of the plates, while the solid material remains behind as a "cake" in each chamber. In automatic types, the cake is discharged either by its own weight or with the help of the scraper for easy handling.
