Air Classifier

Bauermeister’s air classifier for fine powder separation can be a stand-alone machine or in combination with a mill, as a milling and classifying system. The cut point range is approximately 4 - 160 μm. It is rated to contain a 10-Bar explosion pressure shock and is EU guideline 94/9/EU-ATEX–compliant, and meets NFPA requirement for containment mitigation. Adjusting the cut point for different specifications, is automated through PLC control. The Bauermeister Air Classifier comes in 7 production sizes.
