Thayer Scale vibratory feeders deliver uniform and accurate feeding of a wide range of materials.
The Model LWF-18L-V flexure-suspension scale and the Model LWF-SC-V cable suspension scale gently handle a wide range of particle shapes and sizes without causing damage or degradation to the product. Design options allow vibratory trays to dispense material at a single point or spread across a wide band. Thayer Scale models offer a unique, counter-rotating agitation system that gently conditions material for reliable material flow through the weigh hopper to the vibratory tray. Thayer Scale’s patented Force Measurement Suspension System “FMSS” cable scale technology is the most rugged and forgiving Load Cell weighing system available on the market. All Thayer Scale Loss-In-Weight Feeders can be equipped with an Automated Test Weight Lift (“ATWL”) and Storage assembly to validate system measurement performance without putting operators at risk.
