Flameless Vents
Xplo-Gard is our flagship flameless vent. Xplo-Gard is easy to use and offers safe, accurate flameless venting with maximum efficiency. Innovative features include an access hatch, which allows you to attach the vent body to the ductwork or vessel and then easily install the explosion panel inside it. Inspection windows mean you can easily inspect dust levels and check the panel’s status with no need to de-pressurize the system.
We know that one size does not fit all, so we offer a curved version of Xplo-Gard for mounting directly on to cylindrical vessels with no mounting flange, a sanitary version for food and pharmaceutical environments, and heavy-weight and light-weight versions to accommodate a wide range of pressures. Xplo-Gard also offers the largest size range for flameless vents on the market, so you can be sure of finding a vent that meets your specific requirements.
Explosion Panels
OsecoElfab’s MV family of explosion vents are designed with the most common venting applications in mind. The MV family offers the industry’s best performance tolerance of +/- 0.25 psig, and consists of the MV-RD, MV-RF, MV-CD and MV-CF vents. Each of these vents meets the requirements of the OHSA Combustible Dust National Emphasis Program and NFPA 68. A 10-day lead time is available in the USA for common sizes of MV-RD, MV-RF and MV-CD
Burst Detection
Xplo-Tel is an ATEX certified burst sensor designed specifically for use with flameless vents. We equip Xplo-Gard with the Xplo-Tel sensor as standard. The inductive sensor does not break when the panel bursts. It can be re-used for a new panel with no need for re-wiring. SVT-03 and Vent-Tel offer non-invasive, ATEX approved, reusable burst detection for explosion vents and panels.
